1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including packaging, labels, and tags.

  • Products that have been customized, personalized, or purchased during clearance sales are not eligible for returns unless defective.

  • To qualify for a return, customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Pet grooming products (brushes, clippers, etc.)

  • Pet bedding, mats, or blankets once opened

  • Chew toys, feeders, or water bottles after use

  • Food, treats, or supplements

3. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, carefully pack the product in its original packaging and ship it to our return address (provided by our support team).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a full refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
